Terms of Service

These terms apply to anyone who signs up for, buys a plan on, or uses Outlets Live. By creating a store you agree to them.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff you add.

Plans and payment

• Plans are billed yearly. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page and plan comparison.
• Your plan renews once a year at the same price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• We charge no commission and no per-order fee on your sales.
• Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Hosting and fair use

Every plan includes server hosting for your store at no extra cost. Each plan is sized for the traffic and usage typical of a store on that plan.

If your store's traffic or server usage grows well beyond what your plan is designed for, we will contact you and ask you to move to a plan that fits your usage. This lets us keep your store — and every other store on the platform — fast and reliable. We will always talk to you before making any change.

Plan limits

Each plan has limits, such as the number of products, photos, offers and staff logins. These are listed in the plan comparison. To go beyond a limit, you can upgrade your plan.

Your store and content

• You own your store's content, products, brand and domain.
• You are responsible for what you sell, your prices, taxes, your store's own policies, and delivering orders to your customers.
• Payments from your shoppers go to your own Razorpay account. We never hold your money.
• You must not sell anything illegal, counterfeit or restricted, or use the platform to mislead or harm anyone.

Suspension

We may suspend or close a store that breaks these terms, fails to renew, or puts the platform or other users at risk. Where possible, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.

Service availability

We work to keep the platform running at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with third-party services such as Razorpay or Shiprocket.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability to you is limited to the plan fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law
