Outlets Live is an online software service. We do not ship any physical goods.

How our service is delivered

After your payment is confirmed, you get access online straight away and can set up your store from your dashboard. Nothing is sent by post or courier.

Setup services

Where your plan includes setup help — such as connecting your custom domain, Razorpay or Shiprocket — we contact you by email or phone to complete it online.

Products sold on your store

Products your shoppers buy from your store are shipped by you, the merchant, under your store's own shipping policy. Outlets Live is not the seller of those products.
